TEXAS ATHLETIC CENTER (TAC) The academy that trains the future first-class and academy captains in the U.S. and Canada has a reputation for being one of the most well-regarded in the country.

TAC was one of two U. S. academy to make the top 10 of the American Association of Collegiate Directors of Schools (ACDDS) list of the best academy in the nation last year.

The other academy is the University of Southern California, the only one to be in the top five.
