Rules For Admission , Withdrawal And Promotion

1) Admission to the school will be granted strictly on merit basis judged by personal interview and or written test subject to the availability of seats.

2) The following documents must be produced at the time of admission:

a) Birth certificate by Competent Authority.

b) Progress Report Card of the previous class.

c) Transfer Certificate in original in issued by the last school.


1) If a child is withdrawn during the concurrence of a academic year, General fees for the running session will be charged and other charges already paid shall not be refunded.

2) If a child requires a Transfer Certificate at the end academic session an application must be submitted before 30th of March.


1) Appropriate weight-age is given to the Weekly, Terminal test in the final Exam (2nd Semester) . The student as such must obtain maximum marks in all test /examinations.

2) A student who fails to secure an aggregate of 35% marks will not be promoted to the next class. He/she must also secure at least 35% in each subject for promotion to the next class. However one can also be promoted through supplementary exam.

3) Students having less than 80% of the attendance to their credit shall not be allowed to take annual examination without Valid reason.

4) If a student fails to appear any test or examination(terminal or semester) ,It will not be possible to rearrange the missed examination on a subsequent date. In case of a consequence of serious emergency, properly justified as appropriate weight age in marks will be allowed in the 2nd semester based on Weekly Test or Terminal Tests.

Evaluation Scheme

1) Appropriate Weight- age for Terminal and Semester examination and Weekly Test incorporated in the final assessment as per stated below:
